Work together as a team and get weekly coaching until you succeed
Do it With Me (Coaching): $4995
We offer a 12-week virtual coaching program to help you and your project team (1-3 people) implement a Lean Six Sigma DMAIC project or event at your organization.
At the end of the 12 weeks, you will:
- Complete the Lean Six Sigma online self-paced course – we will help you stay on track with progress goals and coaching sessions each week
- Complete a Lean Six Sigma improvement project or kaizen event with tangible results to your organization within 4-6 months with weekly support from a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
- Receive a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification – depending on the project and training you select
- Receive guidance on how to identify another project or expand Lean Six Sigma to other parts of your organization
- Learn from other organizations going through the same journey as you (group coaching)
- Can be taught using Minitab, SigmaXL, JMP or your company-approved AI program (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc). We also recommend ways to use AI with each tool and method taught.
- If you complete an improvement project, you will pay for your training in just a few months!
Stop letting process problems disrupt your flow and ruin your metrics. Achieve your Green Belt while completing your project with guaranteed results
We will offer this coaching program multiple times throughout the year (see below for specific industries and sectors). You can sign up anytime, but we may stagger your start date slightly based on other programs taking place.
We will meet for 2 hours each week for the 12 weeks. You will be asked to complete the weekly online training, and work on your project, and report on your progress to hold you accountable to getting it done. We are all busy, so this accountability is important for getting through the program.
In our experience running programs for the past 10 years, only 25% or less of candidates get through an entire certification program when they try to do it themselves on their own, or rely on AI and online searching to figure things out. They get overwhelmed at work with other priorities, there is no one checking in with them, and they quickly fall behind without the accountability and support.
That’s where we come in. Our expertise and structured support get projects completed with tangible results!
In fact, we will GUARANTEE that you and your team members will finish your project and achieve your certification, as long as you attend the coaching sessions, complete the training, and put in the effort on your project between sessions.
This is a great option for those working at a company that will invest in your training, but want to see the payback from that investment. We can almost guarantee that your project will save or avoid more than the cost of this program, so it should be a low-risk decision for your organization.

Use this approval letter template for the Green Belt training program. If you need a template for Black Belt training, contact us and we’ll provide one for you.
We can also offer this program at the Black Belt level, but require a minimum number of participants. We can also reduce some of the content with our Lean Project Coaching Program (removes most of the Six Sigma content and software usage).
Not sure which level of training you want (Lean, Green Belt or Black Belt)? Let us help you choose the best certification for your needs
If you have more than 5 people in your organization that might be interested in this program, consider the Lean Six Sigma Project Coaching Program for Organizations.

Attendees are welcome to attend any program, but we will target specific industries and sectors with each program below in order to enhance the learning and discuss specific examples and case studies. If you don’t see your specific group listed, feel free to join the program that fits your work closest or best meets your schedule. Exact dates and times will be determined based on schedule availability of those that sign up.

Government
Utilize skills used in the corporate world but geared towards numerous stakeholders and higher complexity to reduce bureaucracy, improve service delivery times, cut operational waste between department “silos”, and streamline permitting and compliance workflows.
Improvements can be more challenging in the public sector due to more stakeholders and special interest groups, higher visibility when things don’t work (which drives fear), election cycles and term limits, legislative controls and difficulties in measuring the long-term social value and impact of decisions and programs. Agencies also struggle with engaging experienced staff in improvement work and change management. They also need help with achieving statistically-valid results while balancing stakeholder needs and intangible benefits.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
My schedule or interest aligns better with a different industry/sector, can I attend another program?
Yes, if you don’t mind that some of the examples and case studies are geared towards other industries, then anyone is welcome to attend any program. We also encourage those wanting to move into new industries or sectors to network and learn how Lean Six Sigma applies to that area. The core content is the same for each program, the only difference is the examples, case studies and participants in the coaching sessions.
What is the benefit of this guided program compared to other programs you offer?
There are three main ways to take training: Self-paced or DIY (no live instructor and lowest cost), Guided or DWM (check-ins with instructor, this program above) and Live Instructor with your team (no recorded content, all training and discussions are live but most expensive option). Guided is a blended training program that combines the best of self-paced and live instructor. You watch the pre-recorded courses at your own pace, and then meet with an instructor each week to stay on track and get your detailed questions answered. It’s more expensive than self-paced, but less expensive than the live instructor option.
I don’t see specific dates or times for each program, why is that?
Once we get within a few weeks of the start of the program, we will reach out and coordinate a specific date/time each week to have the meetings that best fits everyone’s schedule.
What tools and content is covered in the Lean Six Sigma program?
Download the list of topics covered in our Green and Black Belt program
Is there a time limit for completing the real-life project?
If students work on their project throughout the course, it is possible to have most of it completed at the end of the 16 weeks. Most will finish within 24 weeks (6 months), with a few taking up to 9 months. Those who go beyond 12 months have a very low chance of finishing their project. However, we will support students who are actively working on their project beyond 12 months. We want to see real-life projects completed and will help as much as possible. After 6 months of inactivity, we reserve the right to stop our coaching support of the project.
What if we have access to Lean Six Sigma training material already, can we do our own training program, where you help us with the project coaching and certification with our teams?
Yes, if you already have access to Lean Six Sigma training materials within your Learning Management System (LMS) or another training provider (Gemba Academy, 6sigma.us, etc) or your team was recently trained, we can review the content to ensure it adequately covers the content. If it isn’t an exact match, we can supplement our materials if there are any small gaps, and offer a reduced cost on the program (since there would be less training time required from us). Contact us to get a quote for a modified version of the program.
What statistical software program is required for the program?
The program was originally built around Minitab, but can be taught with Excel add-ins, SigmaXL, QI Macros, JMP or other statistical package. It is ideal to purchase full licenses for attendees instead of relying on free trials of the software, so they can use the program during their project.
We can also teach with Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or other AI-approved programs within your company. We can also run analysis for you if you lose access to your program. Additional fees may be added for modifying the training for lesser known software packages.
Do you incorporate AI into your training?
Yes, for every tool and concept, we show examples of how AI can help enhance or supplement the implementation or learning. We can also use your approved AI programs to perform most of the exercises (analysis and graphs) in the training, especially as an alternative to other statistical software packages.
Can I work with someone else on a project?
Yes, you can partner with up to 3 people on your team (all included in the cost). Each person must also equally contribute to the project (based on feedback from the other person).
Is this program only for Green Belt training, or is there an option for Black Belt training?
We also offer a similar program for Black Belt training and certification. It is the same exact structure, but with more advanced topics such as nonparametrics, advanced levels of the Green Belt tools (capability, SPC, DOE, Gage R&R, etc) and additional Lean tools not covered in Green Belt. We don’t have a set schedule for Black Belt by industry/sector, so contact us if you are interested.
How can I convince my management to pay and approve the training for me?
In short, the cost per person is very affordable ($4995 for 3 people) and your project will save at least $10,000, so there is a payback on the investment of six months or less. The time commitment of one day per week will align with your current roles and responsibilities, so it won’t detract significantly from your current workload. The skills you learn will be applicable to future problems, boost your engagement with the company, while also showing the tangible value your department brings to the organization through the completed project.
Use this approval letter template for the Green Belt training program. If you need a template for Black Belt training, contact us and we’ll provide one for you.
My company won’t pay for the training, do you have payment option?
If you are not able to put the cost on a credit card, we can work with you on payment options. We can split the payments into 2 equal amounts (upfront and after the 2nd month), or 3 equal amounts (upfront, after 1st month and after 2nd month). If you conduct your improvement project with a nonprofit or not-for-profit organization (even if you don’t work at that organization), you may be eligible for discounted or reduced program costs. Contact us with your specific situation.
Does your training integrate with our LMS program?
We can work with you to integrate our online training materials and quiz questions into your LMS system. We will need to know what LMS system you are currently using, and what level of integration you would like (basic or SCORM/xAPI packaging). We would also need your help to manage the attendance and completion of the modules, since we would no longer will have visibility.
