With the rapid advancement of AI tools, a common question comes up:
How are you incorporating AI into the Lean Six Sigma training and certification program?

- Training
- Software
- Project Coaching
Training
- At the end of each module, we offer suggestions of how to use AI to enhance the use of the tools or concepts we covered in the module.
- As we continue to build out our online training platform, we are using AI to edit past video recordings and develop transcripts and module summaries.
Software
- We are offering a Green Belt course using Copilot in addition to our courses using Minitab or SigmaXL. This will help reduce the barrier to training due to the high cost of statistical software. We want to offer affordable options to everyone regardless of budget, and we
Coaching
- We recommend using our coaching services to support you during your ceritification project to help ensure it gets completed, as we will follow-up and make sure you’re making progress. However, the abilities of Copilot and other AI programs to help answer questions you have is rapidly improving, and can be a great support when your Master Black Belt is not available right away.
- We are not using AI to review certification projects at this time. This is the part of the certification process I most enjoy, so I don’t want to give that up to a program.
To help you incorporate more AI software into your Lean and Six Sigma efforts, we have created a quick reference sheet for our Green Belt class that can help you get started.
