Do It For Me (Consulting): Pricing Varies
If you don’t have the time or expertise on your teams, but you have an important project you need resolved quickly, and would prefer that we run the improvement project for you, we would be happy to assist!
You will still receive the same options as our coaching program (including certification options for team members that participate), but we will be leading the project instead of someone on your team, and the cost will be higher (over $20,000). Please contact us for pricing options.
We will perform the following:
- Prepare the Project Charter and gain management approval
- Conduct regular meetings to work through the DMAIC project
- Prepare weekly and milestone updates to management on progress
- Present findings and improvement plan to management, with estimated financial and stakeholder impacts
- Provide project presentation report including project financial and stakeholder impacts
This is a good option for those who are already certified, or those who have an important project or critical problem needing to be resolved right away and cannot wait to complete it through a formal coaching program.
